Rama, the complete travel company, was born out an experience of our CEO with a travel agent, yes, travel agent; the guy whose primary concern in life is to get his commission from the airline, the cab guy and the hotel. The travel agent did not care about the comfort or ease of our CEO, who was at that point in time, a traveller like the rest of us.
Mr. K Nithin saw the need for a company that would help him do his work rather than add to it: A company that would send him a car, drop him at the airport, and ensure that his ticket was confirmed. Another vehicle would pick him up from his destination airport and remain with him for the entire trip. The process would be reversed for his trip back home. ‘Is that so hard to do?’, he wondered.
The lack of such quality services in the market urged him to start Rama, where the simple things would be paid as much attention to as the big ticket items. He was ready to earn lesser than a ‘travel agent’ but earn the thanks of a happy traveller.
When we get a call from a customer, no, a happy traveller, we know we did something right for them and they would be back for their next trip.
Complete Travel Company is not a tagline for us, it is what we do, it is who we are. And we will continue to be that way just to see our traveller smile!!!
